Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Bug Bounty Program

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] between:

Disclosing Party: Bug Bounty LLC ,a legal commercial entity registered in Sultanate of Oman, Muscat.

Receiving Party: Registered Cyber Security Researcher in Bugbounty Platfrom.

Collectively referred to as the "Parties".

Purpose:

The Disclosing Party wishes to engage the services of the Receiving Party to identify and report security vulnerabilities in the systems, applications, and platforms specified in the Bug Bounty Program.

Confidential Information:

Confidential Information shall include any data or information, oral or written, disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party under this Agreement, which is identified as confidential or would be reasonably understood to be confidential.

Obligations:

· The Receiving Party agrees to hold the Confidential Information in strict confidence and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use.

· The Receiving Party shall not disclose, reproduce, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than for the Bug Bounty Program.

· The Receiving Party shall not disclose the existence or terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

Exceptions:

The obligations of the Receiving Party under this Agreement shall not apply to information that:

· Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party.

· Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to the Confidential Information.

· Is rightfully obtained by the Receiving Party from a third party without restriction.

Duration:

The obligations of the Receiving Party under this Agreement shall continue for a period of Five years from the date of disclosure of the Confidential Information.

Return or Destruction of Information:

Upon the Disclosing Party's request or the termination of the engagement, the Receiving Party shall promptly return or, at the Disclosing Party's option, destroy all copies of the Confidential Information.

No License or Transfer of Rights:

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting, either expressly or by implication, any license or transfer of rights in or to the Confidential Information, except as expressly stated herein.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
